The service department ALWAYS takes care of my vehicles and goes above and beyond! I have some push pins and screws missing from my skid plate and Rob took the time to replace them after my oil change! and goes above and beyond! I contacted them on a Jeep listing back in November, and a salesman named Bernie reached out and said that vehicle was available. He said he needed to check with his manager first, and then get back to me, a salesman named Bernie reached out and said that vehicle was available. He said he needed to check with his manager first, and then get back to me, and when he did get back to me, he let me know that they would like to mark that vehicle at $5000 above sticker, I reminded him that they were multiple of those vehicles out there, and he then agreed that they could take sticker price for it. We started the process they sent me the pricing breakdown, and they added a bunch of fees, and Bernie told me that they were for interior and exterior protection, like a ceramic coating, and a bunch of other stuff that I did not need. He told me I cannot remove the interior and exterior protection package because it was already done on the vehicle and it gets done on every vehicle they sell, as soon as they arrive on the lot. Chelsea, the finance manager got involved and took my loan application. I asked her why I had to pay $1300 for a paint protection system that I did not want. And she said I have no choice, that I need to take it because it is done on every vehicle, because she stated "the owner needs extra profit on all vehicles we sell". It took this dealership weeks to get the loan “funded” and they kept blaming Chrysler financial. This went on for a long time, and every time I would call someone at the dealership, they would give me a completely different answer as to what was going on and what the delay was. I spoke to Chelsea, Derek, Dusty, Bernie, John, Mike, and a bunch of other people at the dealership and they all had a different story as to what was going on, and what games are being played, each one pointing the finger at another. There were a few instances where Chelsea and I actually got into screaming matches because she was not listening and she just kept making up lies. When Dusty got involved, who is the general manager of the dealership, he said he would take it from here and make sure everything got done properly. He didn’t. Many days went by, and there was no progress whatsoever. I reached out to people I knew at Chrysler, and they let me know that the technicality- and the delay was actually caused by the dealership, and how they processed the paperwork, improperly, although they never came clean on that they just blamed me and Chrysler as to why there was a delay. This dealership forced me to use a third-party notary company and never told me that they were charging me the $300+ for this service, until I was actually signing the paperwork with the notary, and at that time the notary didn’t even know what the charges were for because the dealership mislabeled everything. Nowhere did it state that the extra fees were for a "notary service" (Notaries are free at my bank, this dealership just wanted extra profit). I called Chelsea right away, and she yelled at me and told me I should’ve known better, and that there was a charge for this and there’s no way the dealership is paying for it, it is at my cost. To top this all off...The notary service they charged me for, messed up/lost some of the paperwork which then delayed things even further and everytime I'd call the dealership, Someone else would just make something new up. Dusty told me on Thursday, December 22nd that For Jeep was in the detail shop, getting interior and exterior protection done and that he would have Bernie send me pictures to show me how it turned out. HE DIDN'T! Well, it turns out, Bernie quit the dealership and he had no idea that this was going on. He apologize profusely in text, said it’s unbelievable what’s been going on with my deal and he was embarrassed, but that he quit and couldn't help. Christmas came, and the vehicle arrived at my home on the auto shippers truck, and it was completely filthy. Nothing had been done on this jeep, there wasn’t a single car wash, interior or exterior done on this vehicle, let alone a $1300 interior exterior paint and fabric protection scam that they forced me to buy and never actually completed. I contacted Dusty on December 27, 2022 and he once again confirmed that they did in fact complete the interior and exterior protection package and he swore up and down that they did that on December 22. They did not. I asked him for proof, and what the companies name was that provided this package, and what the product used was, and Dusty again lied that this product was applied to my vehicle. I showed him in depth photos proving him wrong, and he just stopped responding. Wonder why. I can honestly say, there is no way that it was applied to it, because the paint was filthy, and had been that way for over a month because the streaking/mud/filth took hours to scrub off, it was baked into the paint. The bottom line is, this dealership scammed me and acted fraudulent on my behalf, everybody at the dealership had a different excuse and a different reason as to what was going on, and nobody could keep their story straight. This is an almost $100,000 vehicle, and by far the absolute worst car buying experience I have ever had, and I have documented everything. There’s no excuse for it, it is completely wrong. More
1 stars because the truck was as I ordered but beyond that an utter crap show. Took 3 months for the truck. Cool. Drove down OCT 15 to pick it up and ended up getting financing for it(high rate because that an utter crap show. Took 3 months for the truck. Cool. Drove down OCT 15 to pick it up and ended up getting financing for it(high rate because they didnt like when people used outside credit. Cant make money off the lower rate). We put down $8500 to payoff the trade in and a down payment for the new one. Fine not great. 3 weeks later I called the finance company because we hadnt received paperwork yet and We were told they hadnt received anything from the dealer, nothing at all. So I called the dealership and found out that they had personnel issues to put it lightly and nothing was sent and the trade in was not paid off yet. This was around Nov 7th. My check was cashed super fast tho. They assured me that they would be taking care of it. Well since nothing had been done at all I requested to use my own financing that we had from day one. 2.5% lower rate than the dealer. They allowed it begrudgingly. Within a few hours my CU had sent them what they needed and thought the ball was rolling but alas that was not the case. They were still dragging their feet. I had to make another payment in DEC on a car I traded in October. A payoff for the car wasnt gotten for the first time until Dec 20. Multiple calls to the dealer and the trade off CU and my personal CU seeing why we are still not done. Finally got irritated and got thru to a office manager and she made stuff happen FINALLY. It cost me another $395 for a traded in car payment(it would show a negative mark on my credit if i didnt) on top of the already unnecessary $8500 out of pocket because they didnt want to use outside financing. Yes I should have walked away but I needed the truck to pull my home around (We live in a fifth Wheel) and had been without one since July 26th due to my first new one burning up with 7000 miles on it but that is another story for another day. It took over 2 months to finish the deal on this truck and I would like to say it was a great experience but it wasnt and it cost me half of my savings when it didnt need to. Even now I only get the left overs of a $395 unnecessary car payment back($230) because it took too long to do their job and pay the car off in a timely manner. I will never go thru them again for a vehicle just isnt worth the hassle for a few dollars saved. More
