Had to return my car after the last two oil changes. 1st forgot to rotate the tires. The app informed tires haven’t been rotated. 2. Forgot to reset the oil change notification. My car battery on my 2018 Maxima suddenly went down and would not hold a charge. I visited the service department to have it checked out. I was initially greeted by the service manager and my service visi would not hold a charge. I visited the service department to have it checked out. I was initially greeted by the service manager and my service visit was handled by Andrew, Assistant Service Manager. After the service technician ran a diagnostic, it was determined that my battery needed to be replaced. Not only did the service department have the battery in stock, but it was installed expeditiously. More
