John was an AMAZING sales host! This was my first time buying a car and I was so nervous because I knew the price range I wanted, but wasn’t sure if he could give it to me. We saw a commercial advertising the trade in deal and that is what initially brought us in to buy the cars. John Godfrey was absolutely amazing from beginning to the end. I have never had a car salesman that was personable and thorough from start to finish. He greeted me with energy as soon as I walked in the door. We laughed the entire time while we made sure I got the best deal that I was comfortable with. What I loved about his customer service was that he did not rush me into making just any deal. He was patient with me while I figured out the best decision for my own needs. He was not pushy nor did he get upset when I declined the first offer that was made. I did not feel like he was making another deal, it felt like family to me. I didn’t know him prior to this but I will literally refer everyone that I know to him. The ability to make someone feel like family that you just met is not something that can be taught, it is either in you or it’s not. JOHN GODFREY JUST GOT IT!!!!
