My car battery on my 2018 Maxima suddenly went down and would not hold a charge. I visited the service department to have it checked out. I was initially greeted by the service manager and my service visi would not hold a charge. I visited the service department to have it checked out. After the service technician ran a diagnostic, it was determined that my battery needed to be replaced.
