I had an issue with my service the first time I went; my advisor was awesome but I was not satisfied with the service. I spoke to the service manager Don and was assured the problem would be fixed and that advisor was awesome but I was not satisfied with the service. She explained that she was new and asked for a little patience. That didn't stop her from providing quality service, though! Apart from being genuinely kind, patient and funny, she was knowledgeable about the things she'd learned to date, and as for what she didn't know, she gracefully asked for assistance from the rest of the Nissan team, which is such an admirable quality. I know that Cherish is on the road to big things! I truly felt taken care of here, and I would absolutely recommend! More

Will not buy another car here. Both the salesman and finance lied while we were putting a deal together. I was told they would match interest rates and they did not. Also while we were agreeing on a deal they offered me more money on my trade in only to change it later. Don’t just sign thinking they will honer the deal agreed on.
