January this year had a new engine placed in my dodge ram. It's July, I just got my truck back after a second engine being placed in my truck. Now I have an exhaust leak and in told that the bolts break ram. It's July, I just got my truck back after a second engine being placed in my truck. Now I have an exhaust leak and in told that the bolts break because of heat. This happened within 2 weeks of getting my truck back. My vehicle has spent more time at the dealership than in my driveway. I didn't get a loner vehicle or a rental the whole 5 months. Now I'm told that this exhaust leak is on me. By the way the exhaust leak is right where the exhaust is connected to the new engine that Xtreme replaced twice. Not to mention the airbags that are on recall has yet to be replaced. I feel like I'm being scammed. More
The repair took too long to complete due to miscommunication with the insurance company. I had no transportation for over a week. Danny is the man. Very attentive and responsive to customer needs. Every call was very informational, and he worked very hard to get my Jeep back as soon as possible.
