Excellent service I spent 2 exhausting weeks visiting dealerships reasearching. When i finally decided on what type of vehicle i wanted i visited sansone in NJ. What a I spent 2 exhausting weeks visiting dealerships reasearching. When i finally decided on what type of vehicle i wanted i visited sansone in NJ. What a nightmare! The sales person was terrible, verbally insulted me since he claimed the price i wanted to pay was unrealistic, then attempted to get me to purchase a sedan which was not what i needed. We negotiated and i did budge some...it wasnt enough for the salesperson so he shook my hand and told me to have a nice day he didnt want to do business with me...his last comment was i would never get his vehicle for my budget. I left the empty sales floor and proceeded home. Fustrated and tired i spoke with my wife and informed her that we might need to reconsider our options. She mentioned a friend who only dealt with Xclusive auto and highly recommended it...so i called expecting the same song and dance that i had heard from sansone and all the other dealers i visited. I spoke with max...i can not express enough how professional he was and how good the service was. With in a few minutes on the phone we had a deal...the price that i wanted to pay per month was exactly what i got....the down payment that they wanted at sansone i never paid...and was told by max that when leasing you should always do 0 down.... which saved me even more. The icing on the cake the vehicle was delivered to me. Xclusive will be the only place i will take my business to from now on. the experience was fantastic, the process was fast no haggling, professional's, and at the end of the day i felt like a customer who was cared about and was taken care of. More

During the whole course of the deal the dealer that I was working with (Maxim) was very polite, responsive, helpful and professional! The transaction, from the moment I first contacted him till the moment I got a car delivered to my home, took a little over 24 hours. At the contract signing took about 10 minutes and there were no surprises and all the amounts we agreed on were correct. First time car buyer, great experience After a not so pleasant experience at a dealership (long story short, over the top/pushy salesman quoted me a price which I agreed to a week later, ho After a not so pleasant experience at a dealership (long story short, over the top/pushy salesman quoted me a price which I agreed to a week later, however, he denied ever giving me that price even though I had it written down), I found Xclusive off of SwapALease.com. With very little expectations, I called Xclusive and spoke with Max. I told him the cars I was interested in and my recent experience at the dealership. I got a completely different vibe and attitude from him - not pushy, more educational, told me about the process of leasing a car, all the paperwork he would need, etc. He actually talked me out of a more expensive car, which I'm glad he did since although I wanted the car, it didn't necessarily fit my budget or my needs. When I decided on a car, Max walked me through the entire process and assured me that the color and everything I wanted in my car, it will be. Plus, not only was he able to honor the original price the salesman from the dealership quoted me, he got me an upgraded version of the car (i.e. sunroof, navigation system). After all the paperwork went through, which was fairly simple (I filled out all applications and paperwork over the phone and faxed over my license) I told him my desired delivery date. And sure enough, on the delivery date and time, two guys came to my apartment with my brand new 2017 car. The guy who dropped it off walked me through all the formalities and within about 20 minutes, I was driving my car around the block. Coming from someone who is very hesitant about being scammed or "if it's too good to be true it probably is", I have to admit, it was anything but that. Max and his team were great. I will be a repeat customer in the future. More
