This was my first time moving away from a dealer and trying my luck with an Auto Leasing Company. A buddy of mine used Xclusive and told me that I should try it. The car was delivered on Monday afternoon and after about 20 minutes I was out the door driving away. Abe was fantastic, not pushy at all, extremely professional. I usually dread going to buy a car, I hate the whole process at a dealership. There's no fighting here, there's no "let me talk to my manager". But from the time I sent in a request for more information on a particular SUV Steve V. quickly responded. He was extremely helpful and professional throughout the whole deal. Steve was able to find the exact SUV we were looking for at a much lower price. And they even had the car delivered to my house in North Jersey!
