When they brought my vehicle out of the service garage the paint was damaged on the front drivers side door. I was there when they took my vehicle in the garage and it was fine but when the brought it out the paint was damaged. It looks like they may have hit it with a tool and damaged the paint. When I showed it to them they ordered touch-up paint and touched it up. The paint did not even match and it looked worse then before they touched it up. Their service manager Mr. Nick Percival said the only way to fix it the right way would be to paint the entire door and front fender to make it match. He said they were not about to do that because they are not responsible for damage to customers vehicles. He even denied that the damage was done there even after I waited for my vehicle to be serviced that day and I saw when it was damaged. He said maybe a customer damaged it in the parking lot. I was there that day waiting for my vehicle and it was fine when they took it in the garage and when it came out of the garage it was damaged. It did not even sit in their parking lot without me seeing it. Mr Nick Percival even lied about how much it would cost them to repair the damage. I wrote a three page letter to Mr. Frank Hughes about the damage they did to my vehicle and he never even responded to my letter. More
