Plus, she always schedules my maintenance with Brian Berkheimer if she can and Brian has taken a personal interest in my car. They both evaluate the condition of my Volva and recommend any work that need be done (or can be skipped to a later visit). My 2009 Volvo was disabled with an ignition problem in the midst of a very bad snow & ice storm. Although Volvo's on call services were overwhelmed with customer volume due to weather. Pat was able to personally intervene on my behalf. She did this on her own time, after hours and enabled my vehicle to be towed, provided a loaner, and expedited the vehicle's service.
