I called last minute to ask Pat if she could fit me in re:slow leak tire. She was able to accomodate me as well as taking care of a burnt out light bulb and worn out wind shield wipers. I love this dealership. I have been dealing with them for several years now and have yet to find a more accommodating dealership. I am on my second Volvo from this dealership, and I have to say the deserve o several years now and have yet to find a more accommodating dealership. I am on my second Volvo from this dealership, and I have to say the deserve one hundred and ten percent for their efforts. From the moment you walk in, it feels welcoming, hospitable and not at all intimidating. The sales people were wonderful but the true gem of this dealership is the service dept. Pat is an amazing lady who has to be the most easy going person God created. No matter what your schedule, she finds a way to make it work. The other men who work there are wonderful also, it's just a pleasure to go there. The waiting room is comfy, they have tea and coffee, magazines and a nice big flat screen tv to keep one amused while you wait. If you cannot wait, they provide a car for you. It's not some crappy little car either, it's always a nice, usually new car. Today when I dropped my car off for a scheduled maintained, Pat had the loaner car running and warmed up - unbelievable. And when I picked my car up, it had been washed :). What a treat. As crazy as it sounds, I really feel as though this dealership cares about me and how happy I am with their service. I was born and raised in Ireland and I feel like I have found a gigantic pot of gold in this dealership. J. Harman. More

I have owned a Volvo since 2006. Every time I need service or a loaner car, Jim Wynn and staff, especially Pat Mc Lauglin and Bob exceed in customer service and satisfaction. I have always had a gre service or a loaner car, Jim Wynn and staff, especially Pat Mc Lauglin and Bob exceed in customer service and satisfaction. I have always had a great experience each and every time my car is in for service or routine maintenance. I would definitely buy another Volvo from Wynn when the time is right. I purchased my car 4 years ago at a Volvo dealer on the Main Line. My sales and service experiences there were less than adequate, and their customer service was terrible. I took a chance and decided to drive 45 minutes out of my way to try Jim Wynn. From the first service visit, I was completely blown away by their exceptional customer service. Pat and Joe are extremely knowledge and treat me with respect, not like some other service managers I have dealt with in the past who tend to be condescending and uninterested. I will continue to travel out of my way to go to Jim Wynn, and I will buy my next car there! More

This dealership is just wonderful! We feel like we are treated like royalty whenever we need service/repair on our XC 90. The front desk staff, mechanics are so efficient, and it's nice to receive a cour treated like royalty whenever we need service/repair on our XC 90. The loaner cars are always clean, new and easy to reserve- what a great extra!! I would purchase another vehicle from this dealer without hesitation as they all strive to make the consumer happy. I have a friend or 2 who have purchased cars either by lease or purchase who have just loved the service department at Wynn. But I have to caution anyone who goes there who did not purchase their Volvo fr lease or purchase who have just loved the service department at Wynn. But I have to caution anyone who goes there who did not purchase their Volvo from Wynn. The Volvo we purchased from a friend - who did by it originally from Wynn. We had our work done by our local garage who have always been honest and have done great work, while we owned it over the years. We had a check engine light come on - and we were advise to have Volvo put it on their computer to have it checked. When I called for an appointment - The first thing I was asked - have we been there before /did we buy the car from them? We dropped it off - and received a call with a repair bill of $2,500.00 - We were told that the gas cap needed to be replaced for the check engine light . $200.00 - not a problem - I understand that. I was told that there were some control arms that needed to be changed along with all the breaks and one of the breaks was locked up, the head light was out and how expensive it is to change it because it is so hard to work on... etc. They would not pass my car for PA Inspection until we had ALL of the work done. My husband told them to change the arms and do the alignment. We picked up the car with the bill of 900.00. But still NO state inspection. My husband pulled the tires off the next morning and took off the Breaks and measured them and took photos of them and put them back on ...and drove back down to Wynn. He made them put it back up on the lift and SHOW him where they were worn and where they were locked up. They placed their hand on the wheel and said ..look how hot it is...My husband had to point out that he just drove it to the dealership in 100+ degree weather...of course they are hot!! The steering wheel was off center - they could not correct it because their machine just happened to be NOT working....NICE HUH... We took it to another garage - and got the PA Inspection with NO problem!! And the light bulb that was out - was over the License plate ...not the head light. (Which by the way - the car tells you when a head light or tail light it out.) Oh yeah- and by the way - the arms they did and the alignment- had to be corrected at our garage because we had a noise coming from the one side and the steering wheel was off center. I only Wish I knew who to speak with from PennDot..since they refused my PA Inspection because of work that did not need to be done. The more people I speak to - who have had work done in that service department who did not buy their Volvo from them...all have similar stories... I can not speak on their sales department but I can on the service department and all I can say is - "BEWARE" for this service department. More
