I used the Volvo search engine looking for a new car. Sandy responded very quickly. At the time I was looking for a 2010 XC60. I was very specific in my needs and wants. Sandy spent a lot of time searching for a car to meet specifications and could not find one. She suggested I order a new 2011 and have it equiped the way I wanted it and in the color I wanted. We bought our first Volvo at Wynn Volvo in 1997, and have relied on their service department to keep it running well ever since. It now has 132,000 miles on it and has held it's value. We bought our second V relied on their service department to keep it running well ever since. It now has 132,000 miles on it and has held it's value. We bought our second Volvo in 2006- it now has 80,000 miles on it. The people at Wynn Volvo could not be more professional, or nicer. They are great to work with. This is a dealership that is all about the relationship. They have earned our loyalty. There is no hard sell, but we do know their pricing is competitive (our daughter bought a Volvo in another state, and, while that dealership was nice enough, the experience at Wynn Volvo is different). I have even called the service department while traveling out of state to help me understand the noise my car was making- they told me where the nearest Volvo dealership was so I could get it checked out. Wynn Volvo really sets the standard for excellent service, and the people in both sales and service are a pleasure to work with. More
