My 2009 Volvo was disabled with an ignition problem in the midst of a very bad snow & ice storm. Although Volvo's on call services were overwhelmed with customer volume due to weather. Pat was able to personally intervene on my behalf. She did this on her own time, after hours and enabled my vehicle to be towed, provided a loaner, and expedited the vehicle's service. I was a little surprised and very pleased when I arrived in PA and found the car to be exactly as represented. This is not what I've come to expect from auto dealers, based on previous experience. I flew into PHL, was met by a driver from Wynn Volvo, and a couple hours later I was driving back to Michigan in a near-flawless CPO Volvo. Couldn't have gone any better! More

We bought our second Volvo in 2006- it now has 80,000 miles on it. The people at Wynn Volvo could not be more professional, or nicer. They are great to work with. This is a dealership that is all about the relationship. They have earned our loyalty. There is no hard sell, but we do know their pricing is competitive (our daughter bought a Volvo in another state, and, while that dealership was nice enough, the experience at Wynn Volvo is different). I have even called the service department while traveling out of state to help me understand the noise my car was making- they told me where the nearest Volvo dealership was so I could get it checked out. Wynn Volvo really sets the standard for excellent service, and the people in both sales and service are a pleasure to work with. More
