Dealing with Sandy was enjoyable; however the manager 'who failed to give us his name' was impersonable and threatened to keep our $1,000.00 down payment. We had placed the $1,000.00 hold on the car a few days prior and when we returned to finalize everything our payment had changed and so we were unsure if we still wanted to make the deal. The man then threatened to keep our down payment and said we had already made a deal even though we hadn't signed anything yet and the terms we agreed upon had changed. We also had gone home and looked up the trade in value of our car 'which was much higher than what they were trying to give us' so we wanted more for our trade as well. They went a little higher but still did not give us the amount that Kelly Blue Book said was fair for our trade. The price of the van was reasonable, which is why we ended up making the deal; but the way the man was so pushy left a bad taste in our mouth. We would probalby not return to this dealership in the future because of him. More

I origninally visited Jim Wynn Volvo because of my disatisfaction with the service department at another Volvo dealer in the Philadelphia suburbs. All of the employees in the service department at Wyn disatisfaction with the service department at another Volvo dealer in the Philadelphia suburbs. All of the employees in the service department at Wynn were friendly and helpful. They have been extremely accomodating with all my questions and service needs. When it was time for me to lease a new car, I decided to give Jim Wynn Volvo a chance to offer me their best deal. I met with Jim in sales and he was informative and very nice. I took a few days to shop around looking for the best deal. When I called Jim to tell him a got a better price from another dealer he went back to his sales manager to see if he could give me a better price. Luckily for me, he was able to give me the best deal for my new Volvo C70. Picking up the car at the dealership was another nice surprise. The receptionist remembered me from the prior week, the sales manager was very welcoming and the business manager took the time to walk me through the paperwork making sure that all my questions were answered. Once I was ready to leave the dealership with my new vehicle, Jim took 1 1/2 hours explaining all the "gadgets" in my car. It was amazing! More
We negotiated for a used Volvo XC70. I asked that they "touch up" the scratches on the car which they agreed to do. When I drove back from Reading to pick up the car only a few scratches had been touched "touch up" the scratches on the car which they agreed to do. When I drove back from Reading to pick up the car only a few scratches had been touched up on the back and drivers side, not around the whole car (especially on the hood which looked like an egg had been fried on it). They said they would work on the other scratches and hood again. We handed over our check and Mercedes ML and took off with a loaner, however, as far as I was concerned, this sale was pending my approval of their work. We also were told new carpet floor mats would be provided and we assumed they would be the same "upgraded" type floor mats as was in the cargo area. Naturally they put in the cheaper rubber mats. They have promised to ship us the upgraded mats this week; let's see if we get them. After all of this I decided to nix the deal and take my Mercedes ML back but was very rudely told by the General Manager that my Mercedes ML was gone already. He actually said, "If you see your car on the lot, you can have it!" We were basically told to get in the Volvo and leave, they'll ship us the floor mats next week. Of course, through much of this, our salesperson, Sandy, was nowhere to be seen. My word of advice about this dealer would not be buyer beware; it would be BUYER RUN. The total experience was awful, they are out to do as little as possible and cut every corner possible. The Volvo is not what was promised. I would like to have my Mercedes back. After all, this deal was supposed to be contingent upon my approval of the work and floor mats and my final decision. More

This is a great dealership, we have owned many Volvos over the years and have always worked with Sandy. My latest Volvo I leased in July. I told Sandy what my budget was and she worked with me and got over the years and have always worked with Sandy. My latest Volvo I leased in July. I told Sandy what my budget was and she worked with me and got me into my car. She is always friendly, courteous and professional. The entire dealership is friendly and provide fantastic customer service. I recently was on a trip out of state and had a flat tire. I had to have it towed to another dealership to have the tire replaced. They were awful and we had a terrible experience with them, terrible customer service, they lied and were not at all helpful. I called Sandy and she stepped, took the time to make the necessary calls, and had our loaner comped. I knew I could count on her to take care us. I would highly recommend Jim Wynn Volvo for the sales (SANDY!), and service. They are fantastic! More

This dealership is just wonderful! We feel like we are treated like royalty whenever we need service/repair on our XC 90. The front desk staff, mechanics are so efficient, and it's nice to receive a cour treated like royalty whenever we need service/repair on our XC 90. The front desk staff, mechanics are so efficient, and it's nice to receive a courtesy call regarding what work is needed on the vehicle before proceeding with service. The loaner cars are always clean, new and easy to reserve- what a great extra!! I would purchase another vehicle from this dealer without hesitation as they all strive to make the consumer happy.
