Excellent first time experience buying used certified Volvo I've recently purchased a used 2015 XC60, as pictured below, from Wynn Volvo in Norristown, Pa and was pleasantly surprised that the transaction was h I've recently purchased a used 2015 XC60, as pictured below, from Wynn Volvo in Norristown, Pa and was pleasantly surprised that the transaction was hassle free. First of all, I was totally impressed with the dealership appearance and professionalism on arrival. Don Morrison, our sales rep, contact through online sales greeted us at the door and had the car that we were interested in parked in the garage ready waiting for us for test drive. We came to dealership with 2 little ones, 7 and 8 that always worry us about leaving them behind in close room while looking at cars but layout of this dealership really has family in mind. Love how guest area in open where adult supervision can be visible from all angles as it's center of the showroom and have plenty of electronic stations for kids. This really puts us to ease and enable us to focus on car purchase rather than worry about what they're doing. So, back to the car buying experience. Don didn't waste any time and got us into car for test drive. The car was immaculate on the inside with minor wear that you would expect on 3 year old vehicle. During the test drive, he took time go through the car details and answer our questions. Afterwards, he provided us with 120 point certified detail checklist and other pertinent information that inform buyer would have research online but good to know that I didn't have to initiate any of it. He had all that information printed out for us to review. When time came to talk about deal, there was little haggling required which is nice. Don didn't waste my time and gave me a fair trade-in for my Suburu Outback 2011. As for the price of the car, it was a fair. In summary, I highly recommend this dealership for buying certified use vehicle as they don't play GAMES and get right down to it. The final cost and fees were transparent and no monkeying around. If you've done your research ahead of time and know what pricing to expect, this is a good place to do business. I didn't have to do much negotiating back and forth as again price they offer on this vehicle and what they gave me on trade was on par. I'll definitely be back for my next car purchase and will ask for Don again. This is our first Volvo purchase and knowing that car is back by Volvo certification really helps puts us at ease. We only had the car for less than a week and so far we love it. Only time can tell on reliability of this car but with Volvo stand behind it, I will do this again and will not go anywhere else but here for my next purchase. There were some concerns with financing due to the age of the car, but Don and his team went to work, made financing happen and gave me a GREAT deal!! What an AWESOME car the S60R is!!
