Since the model that I wanted was hard to get and I had a leased car with another dealer, getting the timing right was a challenge. Don worked with me patiently to work out the details of buying my new XC 40 Momentum. After the car arrived in the states, he was on top of every detail in order that delivery of my new car went smoothly. Upon delivery, he spent time going over the car and offered to meet with me again to review all that we went over. Going to Wynn Volvo was so different, beginning with our first contact through email. Anthony answered all my questions quickly. And I sent several, especially about the price and other fees. When we went out to test drive the car, Don, the salesman we met with, was great. He was not pushy at all. He answered all our questions and when he wasn't sure of the answer he found out immediately.. When we went to pick it up, he helped us get the bluetooth phone set up and took the time to show us all the features. The paperwork was done quickly and again there was no pressure from the business manager to buy the extra warranty. We are very satisfied with the entire experience. More
