No pressure... pure professionalism at it’s finest I have been a loyal Volvo customer since 2000 and I have to say that my latest purchase was the best experience out of all of them. I did have trepidation leaving my previous Volvo dealership and starting all over but all of that disappeared after I enter the Wynn showroom and was greeted by a warm friendly smile from the young lady at the front desk. From the next moment on I felt as if I was a part of a family organization from the interaction/communication with the sales manager, sales rep, and service manager. Each member was professional and extremely knowledgeable about the company, services and car. At no point did I feel pressure to purchase and all my questions and concerns were thoroughly answered. We left a deposit and returned the following day to pick it up. John had us in and out of his finance office in under 30 minutes. Since the model that I wanted was hard to get and I had a leased car with another dealer, getting the timing right was a challenge. Don worked with me patiently to work out the details of buying my new XC 40 Momentum. After the car arrived in the states, he was on top of every detail in order that delivery of my new car went smoothly. Upon delivery, he spent time going over the car and offered to meet with me again to review all that we went over.
