Great overall car buying experience We were looking to replace a 2017 XC90 which was deemed by insurer as a complete loss after an accident. The car itself is great and very safe (not a scratch in the accident to anyone) so we did not need to shop around for the type of car to buy. Main considerations were: Color, Options and price. I called Wynn and Don Morrison handled things very swiftly from there on. He understood that I needed a replacement fast and was able to line car options up on the first call. The follow ups/responses were also very prompt and beat responses from other dealers by a long shot. The price was also very competitive and there was no need to go back and forth on price. I found Don to be very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Everything was handled to the point and there was no overselling or wasting my time. Don was very patient in test drives and answering questions about changes in the model. He knew the car and technology very well. The purchase process was very smooth. No last minute changes to the price. I paid what was agreed on day 1. I was in and out of the dealership with a new car in an hour with all paperwork done. Don and others at Wynn had already done a lot of prep (paperwork, plates, adding Volvo to the app account etc), so the process was a breeze. Paperwork was handled by Jon Burns. Before driving out of the lot, Don configured everything on the car as per our preference. We could not be happier with the sales process and with how smoothly and quickly it went.
