We found Mr. Morrison to be attentive and committed to making sure that my husband and I received the best customer service possible. He answered all of our questions, and stood in the cold and walked from car to car until we found what we were looking for. Mr. Morrison ran and got several keys to various cars that we were considering. He earned his commission sales that day ....LOL After finding our desired car Mr. Morrison spent time explaining the computerized component of our new XC90 Volvo to us. He had a wonderful sense of humor and was very patient. Mr. Morrison took the time to answer all of our questions. We left the dealership with a new car and my husband and I were completely satisfied with the customer service received. Two days later we received a customer service follow up call. It was Mr. Morrison doing what he does best. That's what I call excellent customer service! Good sales man ship does not end with the sale, but what happens after the sale! Out of town purchase - CPO XC90 Loaner We live out of state (8.5 hrs away) and were looking for a solid CPO XC90 to purchase. These vehicles are tough to find with low mileage and in like- We live out of state (8.5 hrs away) and were looking for a solid CPO XC90 to purchase. These vehicles are tough to find with low mileage and in like-new condition, so we were looking well outside of our area. Gino was a pleasure to work with, very forthright about vehicle condition, and went out of his way to be our "eyes" by taking numerous pictures since we could not easily see the vehicle prior to the day of intended purchase. When I arrived, he picked me up at the airport and drove me to the dealership where the vehicle was exactly as was described. Purchase process was pretty quick thanks to Jonathan Burns, and the rest of the dealership staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend. More

Wynn Volvo surpassing expectations Ive been looking for a new car for over a year. Once i saw the 2019 Volvo S60 i knew it was a top contender. I went to Wynn Volvo on a saturday and they were busy and the person at the front desk said they had not received the car in inventory, but took my name and said i would hear from them when inventory arrived. It turned out that was the Sales Manager, Ben Cook, and he hooked me up with the best car sales person i have had, Don Morrison! Price was a big factor for me. Don did not use any high pressure sales tactics and let me take my time in the decision process. At the beginning i went in expecting to purchase a Momentum trim but in the end i walked out with the R trim because it he was able to help get it into my price range. Everything was so smooth and i am overly happy with my new car. I would highly recommend the dealership and Don, if you can get him! More

When I went to Wynn’s Volvo, without even saying that I had been elsewhere, they gave me a great deal right off the bat! No negotiations were needed. John Davis, our salesman, was so nice to deal with and answered all of our questions. It was one of the nicest car buying experiences that I’ve had, and I’ve dealt with Mercedes, BMW, Lexus, and Audi. More
