The receptionist immediately greeted me and made me feel very welcomed. Sandy Mason-Beiler was extremely patient with me and answered every question about the XC90 that I had, I was very impressed with her knowledge of the vehicle and willingness to share. When Sandy delivered my XC90 she was just as thorough as she was in our initial meeting. My wife was supposed to be with me at the delivery but was running late, Sandy spoke with her on the phone and told my wife to take her time. She also went over the vehicle options and settings with her once she arrived so that she too was comfortable with the vehicle operations and options. Sandy was extremely helpful and that meant everything to us. Ben Cook was also amazing when it came to my overall experience at Wynn Volvo he made sure that he left no stone unturned when it came to locating my vehicle and making sure all of my wants and needs were met. I will definitely be sharing my experience with anyone I know that is in the market for a new vehicle. More
