Exceptional Service I initially went to Volvo looking for a used car. Don showed me a used Volvo that I had seen on line. He was so knowledgeable and answered all my ques I initially went to Volvo looking for a used car. Don showed me a used Volvo that I had seen on line. He was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I returned with my husband to look at the car, but ultimately we decided to wait a bit. Don was kind, courtesy and provided exceptional service. We later decided we wanted a new Volvo instead of used and immediately called Don bc of the lasting impression he left. He quickly set up a test drive and again his outstanding service and personable demeanor shined again. Because of him, we ended up getting a brand new Volvo that we love! We would be remiss if we didn’t mention Jonathan (the business manager) going above and beyond to assist with financing.
