Serendipity on Wheels! I already had my next Honda picked out and had driven it several times. We are a family of Cadillacs and Hondas. We decided to stop by Wynn following an after hours driveby inspired by the glimmer of cobalt blue on the showroom floor. We walked around for a bit during which time no sales person accosted us. This was the first happy moment. We went inside and met Don. We asked about a test drive of the S60 which he provided with professsionalism, courtesy, and a healthy dash of fun! My husband and I were not familiar with this car at all. I initially liked the color and exterior enough to ask for the test drive. But as we drove and Don detailed the design, safety, power, fit and finish of the car I knew there would be no more Hondas. Don and John graciously stayed late the night we completed the paperwork due to unforseen delays in getting to the dealership. The process was seamless and efficient. Don has been very patient with me during my learning curve of new technology since my last car purchase and is prompt with responses to questions and scheduling appointments. I highly recommend Don and this dealership. It was an unexpected pleasure from start to finish. My husband is already planning his return trip for another glimpse of that cobalt blue..... More

We looked everywhere and it was here all along! Our 2nd car was at 200,000+ miles and it was time to send it to the big junk yard in the sky. After looking for a few weeks we came across this dealership via CarGurus.com. they had ideal cars prices and inventory for such short notice. After dealing with multiple dealerships, we managed to get here and speak with (Gino first on a car we had our hearts set on and left slip away. Our fault not theirs) After speaking with Don about the remaining stock we had a plan! Don was a pleasure to work with. He kept us informed of hours, prices, inventory...he event tried talking me in that beautiful blue Volvo in the lobby (next time Don). But what kept us coming back was not the prices or the location it was the service. Darris(who made the purchase) came across 4-8 different vehicles he liked that were all over the tri-state area. It was exhausting. Don continue to call, suggest vehicles and it was a wonderful experience. In the past 15 years we have shelled out a good chunk of cash on used cars with no over all value. Wynn Volvo treated our money and our time with respect and care. Who knows don may have talked me out of that Jeep wrangler i'm looking at simply because of his kind service!
