Naturally, I was interested in a new Volvo and chose a 2020, which was such an incredibly easy and painless experience. I had the pleasure to again work with Sandy Bealer, who was so very patient in explaining all the new technology in my S60. The trade in was very fair, and the financial aspects were carefully explain ed to me - - most satisfactorily. Great customer service at all levels. We just bought our 2nd car within 6 months from Wynn. The circumstances were unfortunate as the XC90 that we got the first time was crush by a tree a We just bought our 2nd car within 6 months from Wynn. The circumstances were unfortunate as the XC90 that we got the first time was crush by a tree and we were in need of a replacement. We contacted our John Davis our salesperson immediately after it happened without hesitation. He was fantastic the first time around and he didn't disappoint the second time around either. With his help along with the sales manager Ben Cook, we were able to find an excellent replacement XC90 just in time to take advantage of some promotions that were set to expire. Jonathan Burns the finance manager was also fantastic as we went through our unique set of circumstances. As complicated as I thought the process would have been, the team members that we worked with make it feel ridiculously smooth. Everyone that we have interacted with at Wynn has been courteous, attentive, and patient as we went through the process of selecting the perfect car. They were also informative and were able to guide us on issues that affected the budget. We had a great experience with both purchases and I would highly recommend Wynn Volvo to anyone that is interested. More

Gino was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles. I had been currently driving a mini van and it was time to move on. I hadn't decided what I was really interested in but had 5 different dealers to check out. I had driven 2 other cars and Wynn was my third stop. After talking with Gino, I was sold. I have a beautiful XC90. We never even bothered to check out the other two dealers. Gino did such a good job showing every feature this car had to offer, I couldn't resist. When I went to pick up my new car Jonathon made the process simple and easy he was very friendly and professional too. Gino went over the car again bumper to bumper and was kind enough to go over all the technology with my daughter, so that she could help me if I need her to. The receptionist congratulated me and another salesman congratulated me and wished me a Merry Christmas. It's those little things that mean a lot.
