My wife and I were looking for a very specific car, a 2 series convertible with a manual transmission. Fortunately for us, Wynn Volvo took one in on trade. We got a notification on carguru that a new lis series convertible with a manual transmission. Fortunately for us, Wynn Volvo took one in on trade. We got a notification on carguru that a new listing was available and I reached out about the car on a Wednesday and spoke with Don who had taken the car in on trade. With us being located on Long Island, we weren't able to make the trip to the dealer until Saturday. Don touched base with us each day to let us know the car was still there and multiple times with us on Saturday while we were making the 3 hr or so drive. When we arrived, Don was able to discuss the features of the car even though it was a BMW. He took us on a long test drive so that each of us where able to drive the car. We had a trade which was evaluated while we were on our test drive and received a reasonable offer based on the KBB value when we returned. Don was great through the entire process as was the business official that went through all the paperwork with us. I highly recommend Wynn Volvo and Don. More
