First, let me say that I have always hated buying a new car. The whole process made me crazy and annoyed and I hated spending entire days at a dealership. To say that the people at Wynn Volvo changed all that is an understatement. I just purchased a 2021 XC90 Hybrid from them and it was the most wonderful car buying experience I have ever had! From the minute I entered the dealership, I was greeted by pleasant, helpful people who made me feel welcome. They never pushed a car on me. They basically stood back and waited for me to come to them with questions and they offered assistance. No pressure. No stress. I picked my car. Took my test drives and when I made my decision to buy, Ben Cook found me the exact vehicle I wanted (at a really great price) and had it shipped to his dealership in a week. I came back once my car arrived and spent less than 20 minutes signing paperwork. I then spent some time with Gino Lispi who was wonderful and knowledgeable as he walked me through how everything in my new car works and then I was on my way! It's how car buying should be. I love my new car and I can't recommend these guys enough! More
