He was very attentive to our concerns, gave us an appointment on the day we requested, managed all the details and parts needed for our appointment. The day we took our car in for the scheduled appointment the Service Advisor Amanda, the entire team made sure we were well taken care of and we were treated with respect and kindness. Thank you to Mike, Amanda and the entire Toyota Service Department. THIS IS NOW A 10 STAR RATING BUT, SINCE THAT IS NOT POSSIBLE ON YELP I WILL GIVE THE HIGHEST POSSIBLE OF 5 STARS !!!!! More
Blocking handicap parking My husband and I was in the market for a new car and chose your dealership on Saturday December 8 2018. However when we arrived on site at about 1 My husband and I was in the market for a new car and chose your dealership on Saturday December 8 2018. However when we arrived on site at about 11:00a one of your salesman turned in front of us to park a new car in the handicap parking spot. Your salesman was not handicap and chose to park there and jump out of the brand new camry that he was driving. Once he got out of the car he stood at the front of the building where he could clearly see us waiting for him to move. My husband is disabled and requires a wheelchair ramp where he can utilize his cane to walk as he is unable to maneuver curbs and remain balanced. You should instruct your salesman that not only is their parking habits illegal but ultimately cost your dealership and end of the year sale. In addition, your sales/finance manager looked straight at us while we were sitting in the parking lot waiting and did not ask his employee to move the camry. We have a bright blue placard hanging from the rear view mirror that one is able to see clearly. We chose to leave your dealership and took our business to Toyota of Hopkinsville where we are now proud owners of a toyota camry. More

Long wait for 3 hours to fix a tire sensor light!! We scheduled an appointment for 10:15am for service on our '06 Toyota for a flashing tire sensor light. Got to the dealer 30 minutes early for the appointment. Service took 3.5 hours! What a joke! We had to find the service people 2 times to ask what was taking so long. Then to top it off, the light came back on BEFORE we even made it home!!!! Never again will we use your service!!!!!!!!! More
NO CALL BACK from SERVICE DEPARTMENT after calling TWICE!!! Today I called Wyatt-Johnson Toyota not once but, twice and both times asked for the "SERVICE" Department but, instead I was put through to "SCHEDULIN Today I called Wyatt-Johnson Toyota not once but, twice and both times asked for the "SERVICE" Department but, instead I was put through to "SCHEDULING" which I did NOT ask for!!!! And, both times the questions I had about our Toyota could NOT be answered (AS I KNEW -THAT'S why I asked for the SERVICE DEPARTMENT NOT SCHEDULING) by the person answering the phone in scheduling and both times I was told ALL ADVISORS were busy and to leave my name and phone number and an ADVISOR would call me back. The first time after leaving my 3 questions and phone number we waited an hour for a call back so I called the second time and again had to leave my questions and information but this time I asked that the service manager call me back. HERE it is at 8PM and NO RETURN CALL. FYI - WHEN I CALL the SERVICE DEPARTMENT at SUBARU about my car I GET a SUBARU ADVISOR!!! This is the second time we have had issues with TOYOTA SERVICE DEPARTMENT. The first time was when we had actually SCHEDULED a service but, that morning it was raining cats and dogs. 1- They have two bay doors but, DO NOT use both to check cars in which is does NOT make sense. 2 - NO ONE was outside NOR were there signs directing customers to make a line around the corner of the dealership so instead the line was backed up and cars were out on WILMA RUDOLPH BLVD trying to turn into the dealership. SOMEONE from the SERVICE DEPARTMENT or DEALERSHIP should have MADE a COMMAND decision and go outside to straighten out their DEALERSHIP SERVICE INBOUND CAR LINE. I gave them the benefit of this being a one time issue and spoke to the Manager about future fixes to this issue and left it at that. But, since this second issue with NO CALL BACK!!!! They get my double down and a 1 STAR since I can NOT give them a 0 Star rating. More

My sales representative for both instances was Benny Joles and I just wanted to say I recently purchased my second vehicle from Wyatt Johnson Toyota. My sales representative for both instances was Benny Joles and I just wanted to say he was top notch! He was patient and understanding and helped me find what I was looking for! better trauned salespeople I have been corresponding with your used car salesman "Samantha". SHe called me Saturday afternoon to see if I was still interested in the Jeep Wrang I have been corresponding with your used car salesman "Samantha". SHe called me Saturday afternoon to see if I was still interested in the Jeep Wrangler. I asked her a few questions about the jeep, which she had no info in front of her (should have info available BEFORE you call). I asked if the jeep had a hard top, after looking it up, she said "yes it does". I told her I was very interested and would drive over Sunday to take a look. After driving 40 miles in the rain, I find the 08 jeep with a rag top. I am no longer interested in this vehicle, or communicating with a person with no interest in getting the info right. More
Redefining the word ”Service” in Service Department! I must give it up to Wyatt Johnson Toyota for not only crushing the price of all other local businesses on a four tire + four wheel package upgrade, b I must give it up to Wyatt Johnson Toyota for not only crushing the price of all other local businesses on a four tire + four wheel package upgrade, but they also scheduled the appointment within one hour! I didn't buy my Tacoma there because they didn't have the exact truck I wanted at the time but I wish I had. There is just something about their team in that service department that made the process enjoyable vs. tedious. I experienced better service than I ever have before experienced in what many refer to as ”stealerships.” I have worked in the service industry for 23 years and know when I see a team that loves what they do. Every employee, Service Department or not was attentive and courteous. It made me feel like I was the only customer and had the only vehicle that day. It indeed was concierge-like service! More
