Would not Warranty the work the claimed to repair and RUDE I loved going to Wyatt Johnson for my Toyota repairs until recently. I took my car in due to driver seat not moving and heated seats not working. They I loved going to Wyatt Johnson for my Toyota repairs until recently. I took my car in due to driver seat not moving and heated seats not working. They were able to diagnose the problem and I paid for the repair. Day after the repair, the heated seats are not working. I take the car back to Wyatt and they say that I only paid for the repair of the seat movement. That is not what they told my when I initially took it in. Aside from rude, they tell me that I have to pay the diagnostic fee, plus any repairs - for something they should have fixed correctly in the first place. Then, I ask about my Bluetooth not connecting, and Amanda states that it's my phone in a rude way. I asked were there any updates that may have come through the system and she says it's my phone. I am pretty savvy in IT and have a new phone, so I know how to connect bluetooth to devices. She didn't event know how to connect the phone to the car. I will start taking my car for service to Nashville. The quality of the service department has gone way downhill. The Service Manager didn't even come out to speak with me. More
