Today I had an oil change scheduled at 2pm and the man In service that helped me out was so helpful. He was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. Do NOT buy a car from Kia! I've had 2 door handles break in a 3 month period, not covered under warranty ($200 each). And now the fin that covers antenna chip is broken and they will not provide a loaner ve in a 3 month period, not covered under warranty ($200 each). And now the fin that covers antenna chip is broken and they will not provide a loaner vehicle or anything to prevent further damage to chip module! They basically told me they can put it in the shop but they can't do anything else for me.. knowing this is my only vehicle and i am a single mother that is in school. Oh, $500 for that cheap plastic piece to be replaced too! I will NEVER own another Kia in my lifetime! Worst car and service EVER! More
