We absolutely loved our experience with Wyatt Johnson Kia in Clarksville. Kobee was our Car Salesman and he truly made the experience GREAT. We went in thinking we would end up buying a Kia Sorrento, but Kobee showed us different makes and models all around the Wyatt Johnson dealerships (Mazda, Buick, and Kia) in clarksville, explaining that some of the other makes and models may be better suited for us. He got our number and texted us as soon as a car that he thought would be good for us showed up. Within a week we ended up purchasing a 2021 Buick that had just been sold to one of their dealerships. When it came down to actually purchasing the vehicle the team made a more than fair deal. They worked with us, and were willing to make a deal that not only made sense to them, but also made sense to us. They answered questions, and walked us through what the Warranty for Life is about for their cars is all about. When we though it was all said and done Kobee went above and beyond again. He loaded up our car with a FULL tank of gas, helped us move our stuff out of our old car, took a picture of us in front of our new car (upon request), and even helped us get our phones hooked up in the new car. This dealership is truly amazing, and we will be Wyatt Johnson customers for as long as we are in Clarksville. More
In October, we acquired a pre-owned 2016 Dodge Charge from Wyatt. Unfortunately, after driving the car for only 500 miles, I began to hear a faint knocking sound from beneath the car. After having it checked by a Dodge dealership mechanic and an independent mechanic whom I trust, it was discovered that the rear drive shaft center support bearing was loose, and the splines on the slip yoke were worn out on the front drive shaft. What's particularly frustrating about this situation is that both mechanics stated that these issues with the drive shaft could have been detected during an inspection. However, the dealership neglected to mention them before selling the car to me. This lack of attention to detail on the dealership's part and their failure to uphold their promise of selling a mechanically sound vehicle is disappointing. To add insult to injury, the dealership refused to help when I contacted them to resolve the issue, citing the fact that I purchased the car "as is." This is an unacceptable response from a dealership that claims to sell "extra clean and mechanically sound vehicles." Given their untrustworthiness, unwillingness to take responsibility for their errors, and lack of customer service, I cannot in good conscience recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used car. I would strongly advise potential car buyers to seek alternatives to this dealership. More
Have a vehicle with 30000 miles on it. ... Had an issue with it loosing coolant. Took to the dealership expecting the warranty to cover it. The dealership told me that it had been tampere ... This vehicle has only been to shop for oil changes and tire rotations. So needless to say I had a 578.00 bill to get my vehicle fixed. This will impact my decision on where I buy from again. More
In every aspect of this DS not a single person has a clue of what to do; what they are supposed to do! Victoria came out and she was excellent!!! We test drove the used Mazda and she took us to Wyatt Johnson Mazda on our test drive and they had a brand new model cheaper that the used model. Then we found a totally different model and Victoria made the whole process painless. I recommend anyone buying a new or used car to purchase from Victoria and Wyatt Johnson. We had a repair needed and unfortunately the the receptionist is very hateful at Wyatt Johnson Mazda and just said we are too full to handle your request and argued our part wasn't in when the told us it was. So we called Victoria and she made it happened, and got us in on the same day. Victoria deserves recognition and a raise!! More
I bought a 2022 kia sorento sx for my wife at Wyatt kia vary pleased with our sales guy. So we went back and bought a used lifted GMC sierra. Before I made the first payment I had to take it to the Wyatt GMC dealership to have a couple things fixed on it. I bought an extended warranty has a $250 deductible by time they was done fixing what was wrong it cost me over $500. Now about 3 weeks later my check engine light came on again. So I'm back at the same GMC dealership they said it's now an oil sensor stuck closed needs fixed. I went back to Wyatt Johnson Kia where I bought the truck to see if they would help out because I've only had the truck little over a month. I had the oil changed at Valvoline they showed me the transmission needs flushed the fluid is black not red. So when Wyatt Johnson dealerships get used cars I guess they only change the oil shine them up and put them on the lot for sale because they definitely don't do an inspection. I got to talk with a couple managers at the dealership and 1 guy said they don't service the transmission xxx. The other guy said I don't want to sound like we don't care but you bought a used vehicle and a gold package extended warranty so it should be covered just pay the $250 deductible. I told then I think that's a xx response due to I haven't even made 2 payments yet I understand I bought a used vehicle but it should be inspected and serviced correctly to sell a quality vehicle to your customers. Im sure this company don't care about the people after they sell you a vehicle as long as they get there sale and commission check. It's really sad because it's hard working people like me that buy from your dealership and trust that we made a good buy. If this is the quality of used vehicles your gonna sell and stand by may open up a junk car lot buy here pay here. I will never be back or ever send anyone to your business. Thank you More

All the dealings were hassle free and made for a very positive experience. If you're in the market, I'd recommend asking for John; you won't be disappointed! More
