Although I bought my Hyundai in another state, when I brought it to Virginia, I transferred its care to Wright Way Hyundai. When I went to Wright Way Hyundai in Staunton, VA, I was hesitant because I had been turned down twice already for loans. While i used to have excellent credit, I went through a personal trauma about 3 yea hesitant because I had been turned down twice already for loans. While i used to have excellent credit, I went through a personal trauma about 3 years ago that left my credit in shambles, nearly filing bankruptcy. I didn't know how to go about getting a much needed vehicle in this type of situation, and felt vert desperate walking into the door. I was instantly greeted by Kevin, who not once made me feel bad about the situation I was in. He made me feel like I still had that excellent credit rating and I was worthy of his best customer service, which he provided perfectly. After talking with Kevin, I met Mark, who went above and beyond to ensure that feeling continued throughout my entire experience in their store. Mark took the time to go over all the financial details with me and found every avenue he could to get me in a brand new car (which I wasn't expecting) at payments I could afford, even offering me additional financial advice on how to decrease those payments in the future. When it was time to sign the contract, a discount was inadvertently left off the paperwork, and Mark caught it and corrected it. He was honest, and that spoke volumes. I might not have caught the error and been out $1,500, but he spoke right up and pointed it out, revising the paperwork with the lower amount. They cleaned my new car up and filled the tank, handed me the keys and got me out the door as quickly as possible. The trek up to Staunton from my house is not a quick trip to make, but it ended up being every bit worth the drive over Afton Mountain to visit my new friends up at Wright Way Hyundai. I'm looking forward to having lunch with them one Saturday when I head up again for my free oil change and/or free state inspection! Thanks guys....see you soon! More
