Wonderful, easy experience A week ago I decided that I needed to begin to look for another car. I had a 2005 Nissan Altima. It had 187,000 miles on it. I was unsure about what A week ago I decided that I needed to begin to look for another car. I had a 2005 Nissan Altima. It had 187,000 miles on it. I was unsure about what type of credit score I had in regards to getting a great loan rate, and I was unclear of what price point I would have. I work out with Chris Mason and was looking into a Nissan in northern Virginia. Chris was able to give me neutral advice about applying for a loan rates, as well as viewing the cars that I was interested in. I drove to the other dealership and was dismayed by the condition that the vehicle was in. Nothing like the pictures on the Internet and the customer service was lacking immensely. Chris was only a phone call away and was able to talk to me about the two options that the northern VA dealership had (2013 and 2014 Altima). I left that dealership without purchasing. Chris let me know they had a 2014 Altima on the lot at Wright Way and I could take a look at it. He did not hype me up about it but reminded me to take it for drive because I need to love the car if I was going to purchase it . The next day he had his sales person Vincent drive the car to my home for me to test drive. It was in great condition. The back passenger door has three minor scratches from the previous owner's dog and Chris made sure to set up an appointment with the body shop next week to have that issue corrected (without me even saying anything about it). They're even going to come pick up my car from me at work! Carmax had appraised my 2005 car at 1000. Other dealerships told me they will only give me 500, but Chris was willing to work with me. After driving the car, I purchased it same day. I was not concerned about going up in my price point because I knew that I was getting a good quality car and I would be able to afford the payments. Thank you to this wonderful dealership for working with me in purchasing my first car on my own. It was such a pleasant experience and when I took the car to be inspected by a Nissan certified mechanic, they were amazed by the condition the car was in. No issues and all recalls addressed. That alone speaks volumes to the care that this dealership places in their product. I highly recommend them to anyone who is on the market looking for a car. They will work with you and make sure that whatever you decide to purchase is something that you can keep for a long time and not have to worry about.
