My inspection was taking a long time. Couple that with I found I needed new tires. I couldnt believe I needed new tires after on 26,000 miles. I was pretty pissed. She explained the “why.” She went out of her way to apologize and to make sure I was happy. My family has purchased Nissans at this location for over 15 years. Teresa is someone that I would work with again and because of her customer service approach I would bring my vehicle back for service and maybe even purchase another vehicle. Bought a new Altima back in 2008, so I love Nissan cars, though over the past 12 years something has stuck out in the back of my mind when it comes to the quality of work provided by the service department. though over the past 12 years something has stuck out in the back of my mind when it comes to the quality of work provided by the service department. The sales department did a good job. This time around, bought a 2020 Maxima and my predisposition held true. Thought my new car would have been cleaned up a bit more before giving it to me. Had to immediately go out and buy window cleaner to get the residual stickers, glue, etc. off of the windshield and windows. Why do you need to add a separate Wright Auto sticker to my car when the license plate holder says WRIGHT in huge letters already? Great deal on the car, the overall buying experience was acceptable. Now that I cleaned the car myself, I am happier with it. Drives like a dream. More

Excellent care and service. Only problem, every time I need service it seems the price goes up. Prices are getting outrageous for routine maintenance. New gps disc installed, takes all of 30 seconds to p need service it seems the price goes up. Prices are getting outrageous for routine maintenance. My husband and I were very glad to be working with Connor to buy a car. If it wasn't for Connor, we would not have bought the car. He was knowledgable, kind, patient and kept us updated on the vehicle's co to buy a car. If it wasn't for Connor, we would not have bought the car. He was knowledgable, kind, patient and kept us updated on the vehicle's condition while it was in the shop being painted. He also explained why purchasing a car in Ohio can be risky. I was frustrated with the timeline of the painting of the car and Connor was able to destress the situation for me. I was appreciative of his honesty, staying connected, being upfront with us and keeping me engaged. He was amazing through the whole process! I would highly recommend Connor to others! Zack was very nice, thorough with explaining everything and a good salesman regarding selling an extra warranty. I am mad at myself and my husband was disappointed when I got home and told him that I paid $3,000 that I had not planned on for the extended warranty. Other than being mad at myself for spending more than I planned, everything went well and I would recommend this dealership. More
