I flew to Pittsburgh, Erik picked me up from the airport personally, and the whole purchase was speedy and efficient, with a detailed tutorial on the functions and features of my new truck. WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM HERE Purchased a 2014 Maxima. They try to rip you off through each step of the process. I had to push for every little item such as floor mats. Went to financing after the price of car and trade were agreed upon and they attempted to add $500 on to the price of the car saying that is what I agreed upon. The salesperson was contacted and he said the same as well. Fortunately, I saved the notes written from the salesman indicating the agreed upon price. Unprofessional sales persons and staff. They are trained well on deception and manipulation. Would have walked out but needed the car ASAP. More

And, this time, I was out of town and had to do this via email. All I can say is that Michael Rizzitano & Wright Nissan sailed with flying colors. Mike took me seriously from moment one, was the first to respond from a handful of dealerships and was an incredibly nice guy. He gave me the best price to start with and within 48 hrs, we struck a deal. This car was for my mother-in-law and they were not the closest. But, because of their customer service and pricing, there was no other choice. This was one of the quickest and cleanest deals ever. I thank Mike for responding over a holiday weekend and for his professionalism. They guys even programmed in her work & home address before she arrived. Note from my mother-in-law - "The salesman was Ian McFarlane. He was attentive and friendly and showed me everything I needed to know in order to get me started. Very nice guy.
