I feel she went out of her way to locate a Sport with all the options we had in mind. We were able to choose the Sport with the options we wanted. Alek helped us through the financing with no problems, explaining the different financing options. The coupon from the auto show was another great incentive. Teresa showed us the service department. His knowledge of not only the Rogue buts its competitors made it clear he could "walk the talk" His patience on demoing several cars for us and explaining the "real world" functionality of different features sealed the deal for us. I felt like he had my best interest in mind and pointed me in the right direction. I think I spent a total of 3 hours at most at the dealership and that included browsing the lot, a test drive, and filling out paperwork. My experiences with other dealerships was not positive and believed that I may need to make an internet purchase to find what I wanted due to a few factors, honesty being the main component. I decided to try Wright Nissan because I had heard positive feedback from others. Immediately I was met at the door by Marty who was eager to listen to my many wants and needs. From there we began to look through current inventory and vehicle specs to pinpoint vehicles that matched up. Marty was through and knowledgeable about the details of the particular trucks we looked at. I needed to come back later that night to test drive a particular unit, but when I arrived Marty was still working with a customer. John Langel quickly jumped in to take me for a test drive, preventing me from waiting for Marty to become available. This type of service to me is GREAT, my time is valuable and would much rather take the unit for a drive than sit. John too is very knowledgeable of the vehicles and was able to answer any of my questions. Both Ryan Carnahan and John Langel worked with me on the price of the vehicle that not only was I comfortable with, they were too! Further, they worked the phones to secure me a very good APR, better than what I was able to get myself. Overall, very satisfied with my experience at Wright Nissan. I have already offered a fellow employee John and Marty as contacts for a future purchase. I would buy from Wright in the future. More
