Didn'the stand behind their product and honor warranty I purchased a new Suzuki from Wright dealership in Wexford, but they didn'the tell me that Suzuki was going to be discontinued being sold in the USA w I purchased a new Suzuki from Wright dealership in Wexford, but they didn'the tell me that Suzuki was going to be discontinued being sold in the USA within a couple months. I believe they kept that information hidden to make a sale. Then several months before the warranty was up, I kept getting a warning light on my dashboard. I took it in to Wright Nisson (where they serviced Suzuki, as their now closed Suzuki show room was always a storefront operation with no service department). Although the dash warning light was on driving all the way out there, they claimed every time I took it in for service, it wouldn'the come on for them. I told them which light it was and what it said in the manuel about it; but only after numerous service appointments, they made sure to run out the time on my warranty. FIVE days after my warranty expired suddenly THEY KNEW IT WAS MY TRANSMISSION. It would cost me over $2,000.00 to have it repaired, and they wouldn'the guarantee the work. I bought a new car, but Not FROM WRIGHT, because it was evident to me that they knew the problem all along and did not want to honor the warranty and treat me fair. DO NOT DEAL WITH WRIGHT DEALERSHIP IN WEXFORD. More
Incompetent March 26th we went to 'Wright Nissan to purchase the car which my friend was turning in on her lease. It took over 4 hours for them to process the paperwork. We were often left sitting alone in little cubicles. The salesman was very chatty and kept leaving to deal with other people. We really wanted to go in, sign papers and leave. It should have taken at most an hour. They had all of our information ahead of time and the paperwork should have been ready to go. They had the car for at least a week, but had not removed the smoke smell from the car. They still have not arranged the promised removal of the smoke. Not only that but they still have not sent the paperwork to us for the title and the temporary paper that has been hanging in the back window of the car is now expired. It has been 3 months. According to the clerk, they had trouble getting the Title from Nissan Lease who is ignoring repeated requests from their staff for our title and for others. I do not understand why the head of Wright Nissan is not all over Nissan Lease concerning their treatment of his staff. So based on all of that I would not recommend anyone going in the door unless you want to waste a lot of time. More

Kyle was extremely helpful and patient in helping me decide my best option based off the budget I had in mind. I would highly suggest coming to this dealership and speaking with him! Ryan was also very helpful in explaining the warranty coverages and anything involving my payments and title info. Everyone at this dealership is always willing to help and very respectful of their customers! More

She greeted us on the lot as we were looking around at Rogues, and made this an extremely easy purchase for us. She was very knowledgeable about the car, and her professionalism was first rate. I would certainly purchase another car from Meghan. There was no pressure from her like we have received from other sales people in the past, which can be a complete turn off. We are so glad that Meghan was our sales person. When you are in the market for a Nissan, look Meghan up, you'll be happy you did. We also have to give kudos to Meghan's GM, Bob Majersky for working with us to get us to the "number" we wanted to be at for our payment. He too was very accommodating throughout our visit. Alek Bollinger, who was our finance person worked with us through an issue that we were unaware of, and then found us a great percentage rate for us to purchase the car. Overall, we are very pleased with our experience today at Wright Nissan. Thank you to all who helped us purchase our first Nissan. More

I was told repeatedly by more than one person "because it''s a new car". I requested the brakes be checked before I purchased and was told they were fine. After driving a week in real situations, I was certain there was a problem with the brakes. I thought it was the ABS because at times there was a vibration on stopping. Returned the car for service and learned the roters were rusted from sitting. They replaced the roters, but it's obvious they never checked the brakes as requested. Disappointed that I was lied to and because I'm a women, I have no credibility.. Besides, when a car has sat this long on the lot, it should be routine to check the roters More
