I purchased my very last Nissan If u want to get ripped off go to this Nissan dealership. The customer is only valued until u sign your name. After that, you are nothing to them. Oh, and if are a loyal Nissan owner, make sure you have a $500 loyalty coupon with you because they won't ask you, nor will they ask you if you graduated college recently. They don't make sure you get all of the applicable rebates because the bottom line is they just don't care. I couldn't get the sales calls to stop, yet i couldn't get a call back from Ian the sales manager about how to turn off auto texts while i was driving. More

Completely lied to me The manager told me all their cars were listed as low as they could go and there was no room for negotiation. When I looked up the car on line (car gu The manager told me all their cars were listed as low as they could go and there was no room for negotiation. When I looked up the car on line (car guru), the website that compares cars showed that they were overcharging on my car by $1,000.00, very disappointed that I did not check that out before I purchased. In addition, I was told that new cars were $30,000, which was another lie, they start at $21,500 (less than what I paid for a 2017). Would not recommend anyone to go there. The manager and salesman are very well trained liars! Plus, after I made the purchase, the salesman became very annoyed that he had to help set up my bluetooth, but before the sale he was promising to show me everything. When we tried to ask another salesman a question, he just said the person who was working with us would answer our questions, honestly, a very greedy dishonest group. I also feel as though I was charged twice for the title transfer, it’s on the sales bill, but I was asked to write separate check. Worst car experience ever! More
