i expressed interest in a vehicle online. johnathan from internet sales reached out to me via phone call. i asked if the vehicle is ready and available because i didnt want to drive 2 hours for nothing. i w internet sales reached out to me via phone call. i asked if the vehicle is ready and available because i didnt want to drive 2 hours for nothing. i was ready to buy. he said it was ready to go, and made me an appointment to go see it 1st thing in the morning. i asked how the dealership honors these kbb instant offers. he told me they do a good job of honoring the kbb pricing. i also asked if they would work with me on the price of the vehicle. he told me with confidence that yes, they do what they can to come to a good agreement. so i took my $1900 kbb instant offer to them 1st thing in the morning and the the vehicle i was told was ready and available, was not ready. it was a recent trade in and has not been through service yet. i couldnt even test drive it. ok, maybe we could make a deal and i'll pick it up at a later date. nope! sales manager, Zack, basically cut my kbb instant offer in half with a $1000 offer and would not honor the kbb instant offer. nor would he move up at all to work with me. and refused to work at all on the price of the vehicle i wanted to purchase. it was almost like he was trying to steer me away from buying it. he brought me out quotes for monthly payments that were calculated with extremely high interest rates. i told him and the sales associate that i have excellent credit and was already pre approved at 3.6%, but neither of them seemed to care. i asked him flat out if he was willing to work with me on the trade in value, or the price of the vehicle i was there to purchase. Zack, the sales manager, without hesitation, said no. this is why i asked johnathan over the phone the questions i asked. the sales team and the internet sales team are not on the same page. $500. thats all it would have taken for them to sell a $35,000 vehicle. i almost pulled the trigger because i know once they sent the paperwork through to the bank, it would have come out to much cheaper payments than what they were showing me. but the fact that he did not honor the instant offer i recieved, nor would he meet half way on that offer, and the fact that he walk out there really cocky, like he was better than me. all he had to do was show me that he was willing to work with me a little bit. so i stopped at another dealership on my long drive home and bought an "almost" identical vehicle. right around the same price too. i didnt have to bring them no kbb instant offer. they offered me fair bluebook value for my trade in. i was happy with that. and the my monthly payments are around $150 less than what Zack was trying to throw at me. so in actuality, i have to thank this guy for trying to push me away so i could find a better dealership. thanks zack! People are friendly and tried to be helpful but the mechanics are careless and lie about the services they perform on the cars. They tell you they did service on car and everything checked out fine WRONG! Purchased a recertified newer used vehicle was told tip top shape checked front to back head to toe everything good. Driving my new car home all kinds of noises happening on my front end highway driving suspected a brake issue but told no replaced /repaired no way was this done or definetly not correctly myself being mechanically taught on cars I knew my rotors were shot brake pads no better. Driving in the area of dealer you do not hear nor feel that but on the highway constant stop go traffic very evident it was not done. Also another problem bought to their attention and was told that is how the year car I purchased can be no! More broken parts they still haven't corrected. On another note check you car prior to service and after service my new unblemished car now had a new nick on it from and area their mechanics worked on but was told nothing they could do . Unacceptable I am really regretting a majority of my dealings with Wright now. They got my cash could careless they are sadly lacking in the customer after care. More

After being talked into the bumper to bumper insurance by Amanda with a promise I could cancel at any time hassle free and receive a reinstatement of my original monthly payment I decided to cancel a few days later. I’m currently eight weeks out from the cancellation and nothing has been canceled and they are refusing to reinstate my monthly payment but instead issuing a check and applying that to my account but not reinstating my monthly payment as they promised. Additionally the check is in the wrong amount meaning the after the “100% refund” they still owe me $347. They refused to allow me to talk to the general manager promising he would call me soon, multiple days past and I’ve called back multiple times and I cannot get a hold of the general manager. ultimately they were dishonest about the cancellation process, or completely unaware of how the cancellation process works. Either way the check that I will receive will be in the wrong amount and the original promise it was a reinstatement of my original quoted monthly price which is not happening. More
