Before I visited any dealerships, I contacted numerous dealerships My experience with Wright was just what I was looking for in purchasing a new car. Before I visited any dealerships, I contacted numerous dealerships via their websites. While most send a form letter and then call soon after, their main goal is to get you to come in for a test drive before they will really discuss price. I value my time and price was one of my biggest concerns, so I was very happy when after my initial phone call from the internet department, I quickly received a callback from the sales manager with a very favorable price. I went out that same day for a test drive and was very impressed with the level of service I received. The sales representative was very helpful and knowledgeably answered all of my questions. The test drive was sufficiently long enough for me to get a real feel of the vehicle in different driving situations. As a contrast, I test drove another vehicle at a different dealership after my visit to Wright. At the other dealership, I had to wait a long time before anyone in the showroom even approached me. Once someone did, I was able to take a test drive, however it was very brief and did not include any highway driving. I was unimpressed with the other vehicle and the other dealership so I returned to Wright. Finishing up the deal was straightforward and no more complicated than necessary. When I took delivery, Cory went over all of the features and maintenance schedule with me and the car was very clean and had a full tank of gas. I am very happy with the experience I had at Wright and would highly recommend them. More
