2017 Hyundai Elantra I was very pleased with the professionalism and the patience that our salesman and our sales manager had with me and my wife (and daughter and son who I was very pleased with the professionalism and the patience that our salesman and our sales manager had with me and my wife (and daughter and son who will be driving this car). They listened to our wants/needs/desires and made recommendations and provided guidance to get us into a vehicle that we are extremely happy with right now. I appreciated those two at Wright Hyundai listening and providing answers to all of our questions. There was no high pressure sales approach, like the "days of old" experiences I've had in the past. I liked their approach. When I left the dealership with our new car, I definitely felt like I got the car that I wanted, paid the price that I needed to pay, and was pleased with the experience. Those two and rest at Wright made what can be a stressful purchase as easy as something like can be. I'll be back visiting Wright the next time I need a vehicle. More

No Forceful Sales Pitch I expected the same forceful sales pitch I had with other sales personnel in other dealerships I've encountered while looking at cars. That, and the JD Power review of the Hyundai Tucson were what persuaded me to purchase this car. The previously mentioned disappointments are the only things that keep me from giving the sale full marks. During the sale, both sets of keys became locked in the car and some damage was done trying to open the door, but the part damaged has arrived and that will be taken care of, so I have no complaints about that, and the personnel opening the door were patient and professional. My only complaint/ concern about the Tucson is that it seems to lock wutbout my locking it and I haven't figured out what is triggering that yet, so I am extremely diligent about keeping my keys in my hand now. More

When we questioned the interest rate, we were told by the Finance Manager, that we could just re-finance at a later date. This was my daughter's first vehicle purchase and at that point we did not want to disappoint her and it was late on a Saturday and we felt "rushed"to sign ans leave the dealership. I spent some extra time speaking with our sales person and the sales manager and they explained that we would lose all incentives and rebates if we changed the financing at this point. They both said that we should re-finance in the near future. After leaving and thinking about it, the sales staff should have reduced the sales price of the vehicle, based on the higher interest rate, so that we could meet at our desired monthly payment. We did put a substantial amount of cash down on the vehicle and we didn't think that they worked hard enough to get to the monthly payment that was desirable to us. It seemed as though sales and finance were not working together and we felt "mislead"by the Finance Manager. We also had a balance on our extended warranty for our other Hyundai Sonata, that was a total loss in a crash and we are still waiting for a rebate check on that warranty product. More
