I went in to purchase a new 2021 F150. I had a 2019 F150 to trade in with 30K miles they offered me 26K. They had 2019s on their lot and were selling them for almost 35K. Theirs had no tow package nor a to trade in with 30K miles they offered me 26K. They had 2019s on their lot and were selling them for almost 35K. Theirs had no tow package nor a bed liner like mine did. The Sales manager did not even budge with their offer. I've purchased 10+ vehicles over the past 28 years and this was the worse sales team I've ever encountered. I told them I don't need a new vehicle especially ones that are rusted out underneath like all of their 2021 F150s and walked right out. More
I’ve bought several vehicles from Wray Ford in Bossier City. and have always been delighted. Most recently, I had need to use the device department. My service advisor was Trista. The only thing great about the experience with Wray Ford was the price. They did not payoff my trade in until I called them 28 days after the sale! It took me calling several times to get other things done that were promised. Just a unprofessional experience post deal for a Ford dealership. The Salesman, however, was great and fought hard for me! More

We bought my husband a Ford Fusion brand new. It’s been in the shop so many times for different things. They say they fix It but as soon as we get it back it’s not fixed. We have taken it in 3-4 times for in the shop so many times for different things. They say they fix It but as soon as we get it back it’s not fixed. We have taken it in 3-4 times for his screen. Multiple times for his shifter, too. They say it’s a different part of the shifter each time. Many other random things have messed up and been properly fixed. My husband drives for work and we have never been offered a rental. Even when it’s the SAME EXACT problem his car was taken in for the previous week. I’ve never been so unhappy with a business. More

The rear driver side door ajar light started coming on sporadically on my 2015 Ford F-150 I bought from Wray Ford. It got to the point where the alarm would start to go off if you locked it so I took it t sporadically on my 2015 Ford F-150 I bought from Wray Ford. It got to the point where the alarm would start to go off if you locked it so I took it to the dealership to get it fixed. We dropped off the truck they charged us over 500 dollars to fix the latch and said it was ready. When my girlfriend went to go pick it up the doors on the driver side wouldn't even shut so they held it over the weekend to fix it. When she went back for the third time on Monday she didn't even make it 500 feet without the light coming back on. When I came back 4th time to pick it up we didn't even make it out of the parking light without the light coming up again, I took video evidence to show it was still broken and the Service Manager said they had fixed the driver side front door which was the problem (it wasn't we never have had that light come on) and now the problem is the back door and asked if I would also like that door "fixed" as well. I requested a refund which he refused. I am going to recommend to everyone of my friend's that they don't come to this dealership for anything. I used to work at this dealership, I've bought two cars from here, my father bought two trucks from here, I sent coworkers here like my friend Sean, and my friend Amanda I will never recommend it again. If they treat old employees like this I can only imagine how bad they'll treat someone off the street. More

What a breath of fresh air to deal with a fellow, former Marine. Ron asked questions to find out what was important to me. Through his established process, he not only demonstrated expertise of his inventory, he showed his willingness to "get it right" and not just make a quick sale. The Service Department needs an Award! As a customer, I expect the companies I purchase from to treat my finances and myself as valued. Especially, if it is a large and long-term investment like a car. We can all agree that no matter what business one walks into, they all hold many departments and Wray Ford is a prime example of this. Having that much variety means having a variety of employees and personality meaning mostly good but sometimes bad days. However, my experience for the past two years from purchasing to as little as an oil change Wray Ford has strived to meet my expectations. The largest impact were from the employees personal touch, understanding, and genuine concern for my needs. I must give Karl from the service department a HUGE shout out for going above and beyond. Of course, my salemen (Ron Sheline) always greets me back when I do schedule for a maintenance appointment but Karl has really impressed me everytime I return. Even when I stop by to see if they could squeeze me in Karl asks me how much time I have and returns my car under an hour each time. Truly an amazing service leader and is keeping me along with many others coming back to Wray! Keep it up with the great employees WF because its making all the difference for us, customers. More
