I would give it a zero if I could. Went in today (6/13/2022) to get an oil change, had to wait awhile for a service advisor to come out to the truck. Finally he comes out and made the excuse that he had just got off the phone with Ford and had to wait to clear his head before he came out. Asked to get an oil change, he looked at his watch and said sure. He wrote me up went inside to wait and about 15 minutes later he comes out and said we can’t get an oil change due to the oil change folks we’re shutting down for the day. When they took the truck they were actually putting it in line for tomorrow morning. Got my keys and he made a lot of excuses. It would have been nice to see some sort of discount for my troubles.
