The dealership is comfortable and relaxed, so it's not super stuffy and uncomfortable being there, which seems to translate to the sales people because they all seemed friendly and approachable. Robert made it as smooth as it could be. I was in there and out in just a few hours and drove off in my new silk blue Jetta. More

It was a great decision, my salesman Robert was very easy to deal with, top dollar was given on my trade in, no hidden costs or excessive dealer fees and no BS tactics to try and make you do the sale right then and there. I was even able to drive off with the car same day and came back with a check several days later! More

But the service courtesy and support I've been getting from Roy ever since is the most outstanding I've ever received. I'm a young nearly 70 year old guy and have had many experiences with dealers and car salespeople The Good... The Bad... The ugly. Roy is in a category by himself.
