AMAZING buying experience - it was a dream! As a very recent college grad, I was in the market for a new car, but not entirely sure what I wanted. Going to World Volkswagen was the best decision I made, and with Dean's help, the entire experience was a dream. From the second I stepped onto the lot to the moment I left in my new 2016 Jetta, I always felt appreciated and assisted. Dean was excellent and so knowledgeable - we sat in the Jetta and he walked me through its numerous features, he answered all of my questions with ease, and made the test drive experience very enjoyable. He was so friendly and pleasant, and made sure I found my dream car at a price that was right for me. Everyone at the dealership was great and introduced themselves to not only me, but my entire family, and made me confident that I was making the right decision. Even my parents, who have visited numerous dealerships and purchased various vehicles over the years, agreed that this was the best experience they ever had. Thank you so much, World Volkswagen and Dean, for making my first true car buying experience one I will remember! More
