Head to World VW first since they had a better website and pictures of the vehicle and it was a more favorable color. Met Leonard and thank god he was chill "here are the keys, drive it, come back, ask questions when you come back." His calm nature and relaxed sales mantra with an extremely fair market sale price made our first stop our last. Drove it on Saturday, bought it on Monday. The rest of the staff were solid, no BS, no pressure. They even offered us pizza since we came right from work Monday night... who does that?! ..... World VW does! More

The vibe in the service and sales floor is very positive and welcoming. Employees get along well with each other and that makes the difference. My guard was up for no reason. 2. I turned in a lease and drove home in a new one in under 2.5 hours. (RECORD BREAKING) 3. You know the old game of, "Yeah, we can do that... let me go check with my manager..." to only find you're stuck in the ugly "let's make a deal?" That didn't happen here. I expect some back and forth, but there was no intimidation tactics, or MULTIPLE back and forth on price haggling, unlike the bad experience I had elsewhere. They worked with me before it ever had to get to that point. Best experience. 4. Steve was very informed on all aspects of the car, extremely professional and made for the most pleasant experience I have ever had. *I decided to buy my VW at World Volkswagen because I had a great experience with their service dept., and I have to travel to get there. I actually live closer to Toms River. Now I have two reasons to go back for my next lease. Thank you Steve. It was a pleasure working with you. More
