After visiting a handful of Volkswagen dealerships to purchase a second certified used VW, I found myself at World VW. The experience was profoundly different than previously accustomed to. From working with Dean Desantis of sales, to Mark Mendez in finance, I can say it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this dealership versus any other in Ocean and Monmouth counties. More

Always room for improvement however! Recently purchased a used vehicle from Volkswagen World. Fantastic atmosphere, outstanding teamwork and some greatest comradery between the salesman I have seen in awhile over my past two weeks of "beast mode" vehicle searching. I worked specifically with Josh on my purchase (Thanks again Josh!) and when he had multiple customers he was dealing with the other salesman (Dean and Joe) did not hesitate to slide over and keep my transaction going by helping out Josh. Just awesome. You all know what I'm talking about when you find yourself sitting there wondering where you salesman went! Not here and that is just cool! All were very professional even during the always awkward price negotiation portion of the transaction. As for the finance guy, Steve had me in and out of his office so fast I didn't even have time to enjoy the sounds of the dot matrix printer he was using! Haven't seen one of them in years! If it's not broken, don't fix it. Seems to be working well all around the shop for them. On my quest I visited at least 7 or 8 dealerships and drove at least 10 cars. At the end of the day I went back to Volkswagen World because of the quality of cars on the lot and the quality of people selling them. I have no doubts the vehicle I purchased will be with me for many, many years and I have no doubts on something Joe and Josh said to me as I was getting ready to drive away and I asked "what if I find something wrong in the next couple days, can I come back"? They replied, "we are hear, we don't run away from our customers". Proper! More
