We dealt with their online Manager, Karissa. She sent my husband a quote on a car we were interested for my daughter. However, she kept trying to sell him a car that was less money. We all the way down to Neptune. My daughter test drove the car and was very excited. They brought out two different quotes that were totally different. They told us the quote we received was for the "other" car (cheaper) that we never wanted. It seems that they brought another car into the picture to lure us down there with one price, then switch to another and we all know what that is called. I emailed the manager, Justin multiple times and he did not even have the managerial skills to return my email or call my husband. Needless to say, we took our business (and many friends and family) elsewhere. My daughter was very disappointed, but it was a life lesson learned. Save yourself the trip! More

One day I stopped in at World VW's service department to have them turn on some features on a used factory radio I bought so I could have more feature One day I stopped in at World VW's service department to have them turn on some features on a used factory radio I bought so I could have more features. They tried their best but due to the computer programming in the car I was unable to use the radio. Being a bit bummed, I went over to how showroom to browse the cars there. After speaking with Roy Draper, I discovered it would be possible to get into a better featured Jetta than the one I owned without much extra expense. After some careful consideration, I purchased a 2017 Jetta Sport with all the bells and whistles. Thanks Roy, and World VW for making a rainy day sunny. More
