Joe was very attentive to my needs/concerns and addressed them all appropriately and in timely manner. I have also used their service department for my regular maintenance and the entire staff has been nothing short of excellent. Both times during my purchases I was in and out in under 2 hrs time (Note: I purchased both cars on a very short notice). Love my new Jetta SE I was pretty sure about the car I wanted. I was treated rudely at another VW dealer and walked out. I emailed about the car I saw online that I was interested in. I ONLY wanted the silk blue color, and a sunroof. I emailed and asked if they still had the car, and they said they did. No games, no xx... or oooh, that one just sold! My salesman was Joshua Wilson. He was a nice, friendly, non-pushy salesman. I felt comfortable dealing with him. I did not feel pressured. Mark in finance was also very nice and did not try to pressure me into other things I did not want or need. This was a good experience, very easygoing. I could have purchased a car at almost any dealer. I am glad I went to World VW. Would also like to note that I was a female shopping alone. They treated me well. I have also worked for 3 different dealers in Ocean County in years past. I know how some operate and pressure and bully their customers. World VW did not. It is a nice place to buy a car. Also note- my credit is not perfect, it's average, and I did not put money down. They didn't treat me any different for this. I would definitely send my friends to World VW if they are looking for a car. More
