This was my first new car in almost a decade and to be honest, the entire process was extremely stressful for me! I had an IDEA of what I wanted and had already driven a few cars at other locations...and the pressure of finding a car (and a dealer) that felt "right" was becoming overwhelming. That is, until I saw a cute little Tiguan on the lot at World...and I met Bob Desantis. We sat, we laughed, and he put me completely at ease the entire time I was there. ZERO stress, ZERO pressure.
