A Pleasant Purchasing Experience I was looking for a safe car for my teenage daughter. After much research, we both decided to look at the VW Jetta. We looked online and I sent an inq I was looking for a safe car for my teenage daughter. After much research, we both decided to look at the VW Jetta. We looked online and I sent an inquiry to get more information. It was my first online experience shopping for a car. I was impressed with the quick response from Karissa, as well as her follow-up. When I went to test drive the car, Bob DeSantis was there to help me. I liked the car and it drove real smooth but I didn't buy right away because the car that I was looking at had some scratches on the body that I was not comfortable with. I was assured that they would fix all the scratches but wanted to think a bit more because I wasn't sure if I wanted to wait for the repairs. The next day, I went back ready to buy the car but saw another similar car that had just come into the dealership. After looking at that car and seeing that it did not have any scratches, I decided to buy it. I was able to get that car at the same price that I was going to pay for the other one. And I can drive it home that same day. Bob was so patient, friendly, answered all my questions, took me out to test drive three cars, and made the whole purchasing process smooth and pleasant. I was greeted as I walked in very pleasantly by a young man, his name is Joe Scarpino. Joe made me feel very welcome to look at a cars and we took a few for a cruise! We had great conversation the entire time, unlike other car dealerships that I have visited. After test driving a few cars I decided I wanted to lease a new 2016 Jetta. The cars there were beautiful and I immediately knew that I wanted to pull out of there in a new car that day. Joe showed me some numbers for leasing and I got a STEAL for my car. Everything about my experience was fantastic and everyone was so kind. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else if you are looking for a Volkswagen! More

Buying a car with no pain.. I had purchased a VW in the past from World in Neptune and they were always easy to work with. Like most people dealing with sale personnel I was quite nervous. He made me feel at ease. I purchased a 2012 VW bug with a few things missing-the head rests for the back seats and the trunk cover. Robert assured me that these pieces are on order and I would have them. He is just a great sales person!!!! If your thinking about purchasing a car go to World VW in Neptune and ask for Robert DeSantis. You will have a great experience!!! More

Easy Experience with World VW I had been searching for the right car for months and finally stumbled upon a listing at World VW. I live roughly 2 hours away within PA so I I called I had been searching for the right car for months and finally stumbled upon a listing at World VW. I live roughly 2 hours away within PA so I I called and spoke with Kim to make sure that the car was on the lot and still available. She was super friendly and answered all of my questions. I made an apt for 2 days later to come and see the vehicle. Upon my arrival I walked the lot to find the car I was there to look at and was unable to find it. I walked in and was instantly greeted and introduced to Joseph. We talked a bit about why I was there and off he went to find the car. To my disappointment the car was not on the lot and I ended up waiting roughly an hour before I could even see the car. We made good use of the time though. I had my trade in appraised and we talked numbers. To my surprise we struck a deal immediately. Joseph was very knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I never once felt pressured at any point. I looked the car over and took it for a drive. Everything checked out so I called my bank to arrange getting a check to pay for the car. I also called and had my insurance fax over the required forms. For the second time that day, I was surprised by Joseph. He said I could leave my down payment and drive the car home and mail in the bank check. He gave all of the paperwork over to Mark Mendez to finalize. Mark was also super easy to talk to and did not pressure me one bit. He explained that VW Credit was offering great rates and he was confident that he could come back with rate equal to half of what my own bank approved me at. I sized some forms and he ran them through VW. Sure enough the rate was half. We finished up the paperwork without issue and I was on my way in my new CPO Jetta GLI. Overall I had a great experience with the staff at World VW. They were always kind and cooperative and kept things professional. They were also willing to go the extra mile after the deal was done to help out with some accessories I wanted. I will be stopping there again in the future to purchase my next car. More

Going to World Volkswagen was the best decision I made, and with Dean's help, the entire experience was a dream. From the second I stepped onto the lot to the moment I left in my new 2016 Jetta, I always felt appreciated and assisted. Dean was excellent and so knowledgeable - we sat in the Jetta and he walked me through its numerous features, he answered all of my questions with ease, and made the test drive experience very enjoyable. He was so friendly and pleasant, and made sure I found my dream car at a price that was right for me. Everyone at the dealership was great and introduced themselves to not only me, but my entire family, and made me confident that I was making the right decision.
