I was ready to tell some hustling salesperson to beat it, but I didn't have to do any of that at World VW, not once. Danielle was reassuring and told me none of that goes on at VW. She totally disarmed me and lead me to Dean DeSantis who worked with me to get, then quoted, me a price on the phone. This was the price I got when I walked into the dealership, no hustling, no tag teaming, no let me ask my manager nonsense, no games about financing-- just honest, good business. It was a breath of fresh air working with Dean who came in especially to close my deal, from a funeral! You will not be disappointed getting a car here. No way. Go for it. More

First time lease experience The other day I walked into World Volkswagen looking to hopefully get on the track to purchasing a new vehicle. I was greeted as I walked in very plea The other day I walked into World Volkswagen looking to hopefully get on the track to purchasing a new vehicle. I was greeted as I walked in very pleasantly by a young man, his name is Joe Scarpino. Joe made me feel very welcome to look at a cars and we took a few for a cruise! We had great conversation the entire time, unlike other car dealerships that I have visited. After test driving a few cars I decided I wanted to lease a new 2016 Jetta. The cars there were beautiful and I immediately knew that I wanted to pull out of there in a new car that day. Joe showed me some numbers for leasing and I got a STEAL for my car. Everything about my experience was fantastic and everyone was so kind. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else if you are looking for a Volkswagen! More

A Pleasant Purchasing Experience I was looking for a safe car for my teenage daughter. After much research, we both decided to look at the VW Jetta. We looked online and I sent an inq I was looking for a safe car for my teenage daughter. After much research, we both decided to look at the VW Jetta. We looked online and I sent an inquiry to get more information. It was my first online experience shopping for a car. I was impressed with the quick response from Karissa, as well as her follow-up. When I went to test drive the car, Bob DeSantis was there to help me. I liked the car and it drove real smooth but I didn't buy right away because the car that I was looking at had some scratches on the body that I was not comfortable with. I was assured that they would fix all the scratches but wanted to think a bit more because I wasn't sure if I wanted to wait for the repairs. The next day, I went back ready to buy the car but saw another similar car that had just come into the dealership. After looking at that car and seeing that it did not have any scratches, I decided to buy it. I was able to get that car at the same price that I was going to pay for the other one. And I can drive it home that same day. Bob was so patient, friendly, answered all my questions, took me out to test drive three cars, and made the whole purchasing process smooth and pleasant.
